Dr. Rudy Darken, a co-founder of Intellext, is a Professor of Computer Science at the Naval Postgraduate School with over 28 years of experience. He holds a D.Sc. and M.S. in Computer Science from The George Washington University and a J.D. in Intellectual Property Law from Monterey College of Law. As a patent attorney and expert in modeling and simulation, he bridges the gap between technologists and entrepreneurs.

Alex Tran, Co-founder and CEO

Alex Tran, an electrical engineer trained at UCLA under Professor Henry Samueli of Broadcom, has a background in quantum physics from the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center (SLAC). With an MBA and a career at Aion, Teradata, HP, CA, and as a co-founder of Intellext, he developed the Sentinel AI Agent no-code platform which debuted at NCMA World Congress 2024. Intellext's vision is to transform contract management by enabling everyone to have an AI agent personal assistant, making negotiations smarter, faster, and more efficient.
